In de eerste plaats wens ik u allen een voorspoedig en gezond 2016.
Het wordt weer een belangrijk jaar voor de homeopathie.
De rechtszaak over de BTW is gewonnen en we zijn dus weer samen een stuk sterker geworden.
Het is nu zaak ook de volgende stappen te maken en ons rechtsgevoel verder eer aan te doen.
Een van de volgende stappen is het recht op vrije meningsuiting over onze homeopathische geneesmiddelen.

Graag wil ik laten weten dat we onze apotheek hebben versterkt met de homeopathisch arts Hetty Buitelaar. Zij zal samen met mij als directie de apotheek aansturen en contact met u onderhouden. In de afgelopen jaren is gebleken hoezeer Hetty het belang ziet van de Remedy Bank voor de kwaliteit van de homeopathische geneesmiddelen, en ook haar betrokkenheid bij de tot standkoming van de NEN normen voor de homeopathie. Zij zal haar eigen praktijk aanhouden. Ik ben blij dat zij ons wil komen versterken. Ook hebben we al sinds 2013 onze apotheek versterkt met collega apotheker Tom van Daal en sinds 2014 met homeopathie deskundige Ingrid Versterre. Samen met onze logistiek manager Chris Hurkmans vormen zij het management team van de apotheek.
Wij hopen op deze manier nog beter te kunnen inspelen op wat voor uw praktijk belangrijk is en voor de verdere professionalisering van de homeopathie.

Ook goed nieuws is dat wij in 2016 zowel de prijzen van de eigen bereidingen als de prijzen van de order/administratie kosten niet zullen verhogen. Dat kunnen we alleen doen omdat u steeds meer met het elektronisch recept werkt. Daarvoor dank! Dat geeft een duidelijke efficiency winst waar we dus allemaal van profiteren. We verbeteren constant het elektronsich recept, ook nu weer zijn de waarschuwingen, met name bij de voedingssupplemten, uitgebreid. Dat is naar ons idee een zeer zorgvuldige hulp bij het voorschrijven, omdat de waarschuwing ook in het recept wordt vastgelegd en de patien adequte informatie krijgt. Het komende jaar hopen wij ons automatiserings systeem nog verder te verbeteren. Als eerste stap dit jaar hebben gaan we nu ook een track en trace systeem in onze apotheek in gebruik nemen, zodat we sneller uw recept kunnen vinden, mocht er iets aangepast moeten worden. Deze extra service kunnen we doen zolang alles via het elektronisch recept verloopt, waardoor een QR code voor intern gebruik aan het recept kan worden toegevoegd. U zult mogelijk deze QR code al op de recepten hebben zien staan in de pdf bestandjes voor uw administratie.

Verder zullen we deze maand onze apotheek uitbreiden naar de begane grond. Tot nu toe gebruikten we voornamelijk de eerste en tweede etage van het gezondheidscentrum waar we in zitten. Nu zitten we dadelijk ook op de begane grond en verlenen ook service aan de patienten van de reguliere artsen uit het centrum. De toegankelijkheid voor de patienten wordt daardoor ook sterk verbeterd. Komt u gerust eens kijken, we laten het graag zien.

Recent hebben we op de site een zoekfunctie voor trefwoorden toegevoegd. Er staat al zoveel informatie op onze site dat we begrijpen dat u het niet altijd snel kan vinden. Maar het is ook vooral bedoeld voor alle patienten, zodat ze achtergrond informatie snel kunnen vinden over werking, dosering, vergoeding etc.

Samen sterk, zal wat ons betreft het thema zijn van 2016!
